Creators Swedish Match compares the General Voyage Sicily to a walk through the food markets of Palermo on the island of Sicily next to mainland Italy. It is given a Mediterranean character as a light amount of tobacco interacts with orange, a touch of fresh herbs, and limoncello to give a distinct character to the snus. There is a nicotine content of 7,5 mg/pouch, so this gives a steady release of nicotine that intermediate users are likely to find suitable.

The citrus flavor is available in a large size, giving a more immersive relationship between the user and the contents. It comes in a white format, so the release of flavor, nicotine, and tobacco is apparent over a longer period because it is a drier product than some of its compatriots.

Swedish Match released the General Voyage sub-brand in 2024 to appeal to a more modern audience. Through General Voyage, the consumer is given an affordable product that still adheres to Swedish Match’s premium standards, but it now comes in different flavors based on some of the most famous places in the world, including Sicily, Brooklyn, and Cape Town.

Really like it!
As with the all General stuff I've tried, high quality, same star pack. This one has a nice subtle toasty orange essence, with solid background tobacco sweetness I get in the General original portion. Very good with my morning coffee, won't overwhelm with nic if you're a regular. Solid choice if you like General snus flavors.

Spot On
Swedish Match really got this one right. The orange is subtle but is there, usually pops up when I move the pouch. The sour limoncello is most prominent. I get a nice oregano/basil flavor in the background. Overall, very enjoyable, though I can't see this being my everyday snus. Definitely a summer treat. It certainly does remind me of my time in Italy last year.

Interesting
I didn't want to rate this one too harshly because I think they achieved what they intended but it's just not for me. It definitely has a limoncello flavor and there seems to be a hint of vanilla. I bought 2 cans so I'm trying my best to use them but ultimately, the second one will probably end up staying vacuum sealed in the deep freezer for an emergency or something...
